Unfortunately Google Groups doesn't seem to provide a good way to manage
large blocks of spam besides a time-intensive process of manually
deleting them one by one. We still monitor Hiveminder and keep it running.

Thanks for the response.

Might be useful then to kill the group and maybe switch to Yahoo
groups? I run a couple of those and spam is easy to foil. This
google group gives the impression that Hiveminder is abandoned or
doesn't have an active user community.
