Can't remember if this came up before or not, but there is this really neat editor for drawing circuit diagrams out on the 'tubes
Everything aligns to a grid and connections between wires are automatically made when they end on the same grid point. Unfortunately, you can't move a subassembly without moving the other ends of all the wires connected to it, but otherwise it's pretty nice.
There aren't a lot of parts in it (but you can kind of estimate most IC-type parts with some of the built in blocks), and though it has a simulator it seems to lock up pretty easily.
I had even drawn up the linguistics kiosk in it at one point:
