Kick off Meeting

I would like to have a kick off meeting were we discuss what our goals
are and what we need to really get started. What types of parts we
are shooting to get, how much? etc.

I was thinking this weekend if that is open. Saturday at Noon is
taken by a soccer game although I could be there earlier or later. I'
open most of the day on Sunday as well.

How does the weekend sound?

So my daughters soccer game was canceled for Saturday so I will just
use the normal cleanup time for the kickoff meeting. If nobody can
make it that's fine too. I'll just write up a list of all the things
that need to be done/discussed etc and try to organize my thoughts and
post them here.

I should hopefully be there. No guarantees though.

Either way is cool. If you can't make it it's no big deal. One of my tasks is to able to communicate design goals and progress even to ppl who can't physically attend meetings etc.
