MR3 1.8 release

We have uploaded MR3 1.8 binaries in github and Dockerhub. For Kubernetes and process mode, the releases use Java 17. For Hadoop, both Java 8 and Java 17 are supported. When we update all the documentation, we will announce the release.

We will continue to maintain Hive 3.1.3 on MR3, but from this point on, we will shift our focus to Hive 4.0.0.

From MR3 1.8, we assume Java 17 by default. For running Hive-MR3 on Hadoop, we continue to support Java 8 as well. For Kubernetes and standalone mode, we release Hive-MR3 binaries built with Java 17 only.
