Can you help me, I'm a new member on mr3 and I want to use it for hive 3.1.2, but the github branch has already archived it, may I know here I can get mr3 for hive 3.1.2?

Hi,

We internally maintain Hive 3.1 on MR3, but do not publish it. If you would like to try Hive 3.1 on MR3, let us know your environment (which of Hadoop, Kubernetes, and standalone you are using, and cluster capacity).

yes i want to try mr3, 
i use hadoop 3.3.6

yarn 3.3.6
spark 3.5.2
not using kubernetes
