Greetings from Tbilisi

Kindly inform you that in the frame of EC funded Cross-border cooperation for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Impact Mitigation in Southern Caucasus and Russian Federation project we are seeking for the consultant to develop Best Practice Review document.
During the project life span each of the implementing countries (Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, RF)  collected and documented numbers of stories, best practices and lessons learnt.
 It is expected from the consultant to review all existing materials and develop the comprehensive document on Best practices and Lessons learnt of the project.

Those who are interested, kindly ask you to find more details in the attached ToR and fill the attached biding form  (should be filled highlighted sections),.
