Kindly note that TWG members should be free to expand on this proposed suggestions drawing from their best practices to ensure smooth operation of their TWG.

We also request that each TWG selects two co-leaders that you feel shall help your TWG to champion the implementation of the mandate of your TWG.

We would appreciate to hear from you in two weeks (by 30th June will be ideal) in terms of the group co-leaders selected and progress you are making in your TWG.

It is important to note that the outcomes of your discussions will help inform the partner’s consultative meeting for the various TWGs (proposed for early 2012) in assessing the progress made in rolling out the summit resolutions and recommendations.
