to HIV Capacity Summit-TWG2-Definitions
Dear members of TWG2,

Again I am excited that you are all willing to carry this forward,

Two quick issues

A. Abott Ntwali from Uganda suggested that we come with tasks and then
timelines, good Idea. Find below our specific TOR. This is to remind
all of us of our tasks, Please feel free to modify the list. This was
formulated by the secretariat. Task 3 can come as 2!

Can we come up with time lines for these tasks. Members your
suggestions are welcome.

Specific Terms of Reference (TORS)
1) Identify existing definitions of HIV capacity building
2) Discuss ways on how to mobilize HIV capacity building stakeholders
to harmonize and agree on a most appropriate definition of HIV
capacity building
3) Identify existing measures, standards and indicators for HIV
capacity building
4) Recommend ways to review and assess the extent to which the
measures, standards and indicators in use for HIV capacity building
meet internationally agreed standards

B. Members we are required to physically meet at least once a year but
meet virtually monthly or quarterly. Matt suggests that we can
teleconference via skype, do we all have skype addresses? And is this
possible with all? Should we virtually meet monthly or quarterly?
Members, again please let's agree on what works for us.

Nice week,

Taasi

Dear Team
Good afternoon Is it possible to retrieve the definitions has discussed during the summit as a starting point. could we also retreive what we defined as standards and measures during the summit to adopt to ensre we are all talking about the same thing. I think its AIDS Star who suggested there was a global group working on the standards for capacity building and I guess we could visit their site to see what we can get from there. Unfortunately I have limited access where I am at the moment
