Presents a Webinar Series:

 

Working with Older Adults at risk for and living with HIV/AIDS

This four-part webinar series is designed to build provider skills in working with older adults living with HIV/AIDS. Each webinar will explore critical issues, listed below, focusing on building provider knowledge, awareness and skills for addressing these issues with clients.

 

·         October 25^th, 2012 1PM: Older Adults & HIV: Comorbidities and Retention in Care

·         December 3^rd, 2012 1PM: Older Adults & HIV: Substance Use and Depression

·         January 24^th, 2013 1PM: Older Adults & HIV : Social Isolation and Social Supports

·         March 6^th, 2013 1PM: Older Adults & HIV: Sex and Prevention Burnout

Target Audience: Non-Physician health and human services providers who work with clients/patients at risk for and living with HIV including case managers, social workers, client services staff and others.

Prerequisite: None
