Aloha e Kelly,

Thanks for the proposal and invoice. As I've noted earlier, the
primary catering funds would be covered by Farmers Hawaii, but they
don't anticipate being able to cut a check or remit payment
immediately. I asked if you'd have the room to cover the gap (i.e. pay
DH and take payment from Farmers), in which case, it'd make the most
sense for you to continue to be our signatory with these vendors.

If not, I guess I can find room on one of my credit cards, but all
these agreements would have to be reissued with my name.

Also, did you have any thoughts on my last e-mail on the drink ticket
setup? We should probably have this straight and ready for The Venue
in advance.

Thanks!

Ryan

Hi Ryan,

Could you verify that Farmers will not 1099 me for the $500. Otherwise I pay taxes on it. Then I am fine signing.

Thanks,

Re: Drink Tickets... I can purchase some and stamp them with something unusual, thereby making them unique. So Judi would give one to each person yes? So we need about 100?

Thanks!

K

I don't know if I can guarantee that Farmers won't issue a 1099, and
it might be too late to try and wrangle all that out. I'll sign the
agreements and remit payment, and get Farmers to pay me. They've paid
me before, at least, which they said works better. Do I just fax the
documents you sent? Bring them to the event?

Yes, let's have about 100 tickets. I presume you know or will be able
to sort out how that all works with the bar The Venue? Do they minus
out any sales on top of that $500 in tickets and give us a total (for
Bruce to settle)? It'd be nice if, in the end, we don't spend the full
$500 drink budget!

Ryan
