Two days to go!

A couple of things that strike me at the moment that I think we need...

1. Prize and drink tickets! I don't know who makes these or who
brought them last year, but we need them again. Numbered paired
tickets for the prizes, just some kind of distinctive,
not-easily-reproducable drink ticket for drinks.

2. Check in/greeter volunteers! Basically you'd check names and IDs
off the Amiando ticket list, and/or collect cash for walk-ups. Judi,
you were a fantastic front-line volunteer last year, are you
available?

Also, if anyone can be there earlier (I think Kelly said we can have
access to the space by 3 p.m.) to be available if we need help hanging
banners, moving tables, and other random things, that would be much
appreciated. I'm sure we'll identify a lot to do that we haven't
anticipated.

I'm going to work with Bruce, Jason, and Angela Keen on the program
(times, announcements, prizes, sponsor recognition), but if anyone has
a specific thought on something that needs to be included that we
might overlook, speak up!

Aloha,
This is exciting, we are doing it!! Mahalo to everyone!

Yaling has volunteered to work the front door, I think Mitch, Judi and Yaling did it last year, so probably more than one person is needed. Poeple are telling me there coming, so we my guess is ther will be a lot of tix sold at the door like year 1. We'll bring the strong box and change. We hafe raffle tix, we'll bring them too. And the 2 tables

I can be there by 3:00 to help set up (no heavy lifting) or be a general go-fer girl. Will be happy to help at door, if help still needed.

We have The Venue at 3:30pm not 3:pm. Don't want anybody to get there and not be able to do anything....

Thanks,

Kelly

Re: door duty, Lika and I had also volunteered a while ago,
so we have plenty of door people!

Event starts at 5pm. Ryan, what time you like us there?
(Is there work for everyone if everyone shows up at 3:30?)

I have no idea if we'll have work for everyone at 3:30, but on the
other hand, I love company! :)

Valentino will try and be there at 3:30 with me, so if Judi and Lika
can be there by 4:30 that'd be great.

We only have two funding sponsors, Bruce and Farmers Insurance Hawaii.
I'll get in touch with Farmers to see about their table and banner
plans. Bruce, want a HAT table? :) And I'm not sure which if any of
our in-kind partners have banners to hang. As you might imagine, we'll
play a lot by ear.
