for coming in at the very, very last moment to set us up with a live
Twitter display inside the Honolulu Twestival!

Great appearances this morning on KITV and KHNL. Jason Tom and Kamuela
Kahoano came up with an original tune to perform!

Did I mention "Flock of Prayers" (Ricky Li and Appi Yashiro) will be
joining us to display folded cranes for signatures to boost Red Cross
donations?

I found a bunch of nametags. Kelly's got drink tickets. Bruce was
bringing prize (not "raffle"!) tickets, right? We should have a few
tables en route.

We have very few prizes. A $100 Gift Certificate from DH Catering,
five T-shirts and subscriptions to Civil Beat, and Valentino will put
together a Kukui High School prize pack (stickers, shirt, custom
diploma). Am I missing anything? Anyone got anything? :)

We've sold 87 tickets for $1,660.00. Let's push to hit that 100
threshold. I'm cutting off online sales at 2 p.m. to be able to print
out a list for check-in.

QUESTION: How strict will we be on the "$25 at the door" price? In
years past we've decided to take $20 fairly early in the evening. We
can call it a Twitter special or something, "Say the magic word and
save that $5..."

Valentino is bringing the check for DH Catering. Bruce will bring his
wallet for the bar. We have to be "shut down" by 8 p.m., so it will be
tight. Be sure to help start breaking down early, perhaps during the
last musician (Jason Tom) if it's not too distracting. We might have
to help Farmers, Hawaii Red Cross and Ricky/Appi break down as well.

Hey, Bruce! Yeah, we need name tags, but I have a pile from previous
events, Sharpie pens, too! Just don't forget the prize tickets... and
a table if you've got one. :) I have a big table, but it's coming into
town from Mililani with my wife. (I'm a bit forgetful.)
