On the money side... and this is very rough and possibly inaccurate:
Amiando Ticket Sales (Direct to BBH): $ 1,720.00
FirstGiving Donations (Direct to BBH): $70.00
Door Take (Cash via HAT): $435.00
= Total to BBH: $2225.00
Farmers Sponsorship : $500.00 (pending through KHS)
HAT Sponsorship: $500.00
Vernon Brown Donation: $200.00 (to me via PayPal)
Lika Jordan Donation: $200.00 (to me via check)
= Total Event Sponsorship: $1400.00
Total Bar Bill: $750? (Kelly, Bruce to confirm?)
Total Food Bill: $750? (Valentino to confirm?)
Honoraria for Entertainers: $200 (via Bruce)
= Total Event Costs: $1,700.00
KHS paid DH Catering, which we'll mostly recover from Farmers and
Lika's check. And I THINK Bruce settled with The Venue, which is
mostly covered by his sponsorship, plus Vernon's donation (which I can
pass on). BUT I think Bruce is out the cash honoraria we paid the
entertainers... UNLESS the group is okay with that coming out of the
cash at the door (bringing it to $235 and the overall total to $2025).
Thoughts?
Meanwhile, Farmers failed to pay Bruce for last year's sponsorship, so
KHS is invoicing them again and will pass the funds to Bruce OR to
straight to Concern: Worldwide, last year's charity.
Am I missing anything?

None of us could've done this without everyone else. Each year this is
a kind of harrowing, inspiring trust exercise and reaffirmation of
collaboration and teamwork.
OK, so based on what you're saying, the cash at the door plus HAT
sponsorship went to The Venue, and HAT paid Jason for entertainers,
and HAT owes Blood Bank of Hawaii (perhaps paid online now via
FirstGiving?) $80.
The food side still seems fine, then, between FIH and KHS and I. :)
And our overall total for Hawaii Blood Bank ($1790 + $80) is $1870.
