This beautiful Orca photo is from the “Best-of 2018 Photos” from Outershores, the Canadian sailing expedition company that runs trips on 65’ sailing vessel "Passing Cloud". If you want to see more of their “Best-of” photos, see: http://outershores.ca/resources/best-of-2018-photo-galleries/

Penny and I did a trip to Haida Qwaii on Passing Cloud a couple of years ago. It was a fantastic experience. If you have any interest in doing a trip on this vessel, we would be happy to share our experience with you.

Cheers,
Mac & Penny

Beautiful photography. Passing Cloud looks amazing. Did you get to kayak too?

The only kayak on board was in a small (12’) kayak they carry. And they require that you stay within sight of the boat. I only did a short paddle on one day. It’s not really set up for kayaking.

Cheers,
Mac
