In this two-part class you will learn how to read charts, use a compass, deduced (ded) reckoning, as well as learn many other useful tips when navigating. This course is great for boaters of all types and skills. Coastal mountains, inland waters, Pacific Ocean, and the San Juan Islands all influence the weather of the Pacific Northwest. This two-hour seminar will give you an overview of how to read weather forecasts and plan for your adventures on the water.
