KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

       Responsible for product/services support / Day to day operations.

       Managing LINUX servers

       Troubleshooting on networking/telecom/database (MySQL)

       Take full responsibility of resolving queries

       Coordinate with various functions internally and externally to resolve problems.

       Should be able to work under pressure & in demanding situations.

       Should be able to work in night shifts.
