Dear Swaminathan,

 

Kindly find the Date of Joining details for the students from you college. Request you to kindly share the below mentioned details with them. Thank you.

 

Note : The candidates should report to ITC Infotech 2 days prior to their Date of Joining, as they will have to undergo a Document Verification Process before Joining.

 

Candidates joining on 15^th July 2013 – should  report to ITC Infotech on 12^th July 2013 for the Document verification.

 

Documents to be carried by the candidate on the day of Document Verification Process are as follows. ( Original Copies and 2 sets of Photo Copies(Xerox) ).

 

Mark Sheets : 10^th , 12^th and Degree Mark sheet

 

Photo Id : Pan Card and Passport

 

Offer Letter and Payslips of previous company if applicable. ( Candidates having prior work experience )

 

Note : Candidates travelling from their home town to ITC Infotech will be eligible for Travel reimbursement.

 

Criteria for the same : 2^nd tier, AC train ticket will be reimbursed. The candidates have to submit the original  train ticket when they do their claims.
