EUSIPCO 2009 (

The 2009 European Signal Processing Conference (EUSIPCO-2009) is the seventeenth event in a series of conferences organised by the European Association for Signal, Speech, and Image Processing (EURASIP), and will be held in the Royal Concert Hall in the heart of the city of Glasgow, Scotland, from 24th to 28th of August, 2009.
EUSIPCO-2009 will focus on key aspects of signal processing theory, architectures, and applications. Acceptance of submissions will be based on quality, relevance, and originality, with awards for the best student submissions. Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of EUSIPCO 2009 and presented during the conference. Proposals for tutorials, which will be free of charge to all EUSIPCO-2009 participants, are also invited. The conference will further include a series of keynote and plenary talks, as well as an industry forum and exhibition.
Original contributions are invited in, but not limited to, the following areas of interest:
o Audio and Electroacoustics
o Design and Implementation of Signal Processing Systems
o Image and Multidimensional Signal Processing
o Multimedia Signal Processing
o Signal Detection and Estimation
o Sensor Array, Multichannel, and Multidimensional Signal Processing
o Signal Processing for Communications
o Speech Processing and Coding
o Education in Signal Processing
o Non-linear and non-Gaussian Signal Processing
o Medical Imaging and Image Analysis
o Signal Processing Applications
o Signal Processing for Wireless Networks
Papers need to be first registered via EDAS. Subsequently, PDF copies of your paper can be submitted via ftp (
