Oops! I dint do registration as it is in my TODO. I understand there is

Looks this form is working (In sense registration is completed) only if
you give all details. I gave some junk details and tested it.

I tried it again today it seems No error is thrown but neither does it
giva a confirmation message.

you would have clicked  link on 'Hyderabad' rather than link on 'Click here to register' but as u said it does not give any confirmation.
