Meredith在西雅图
Grace医院做第一年的外科实习医生，正经历着哈佛西区医务界新人最残酷的时刻。昨天，她和其他几位实习医生Cristina Yang,
Izzie Stevens, George O'Malley 和Alex
Karev还都是学生，但是今天，他们成了医生，他们的一举一动关系到病人的生死，而他们本身也品尝着人生中的酸甜苦辣，起起伏伏。
在充满竞争的紧张环境里，五名实习医生彼此间建立起友情。Meredith在医学上大展拳脚的念头被她心里的秘密的阴影笼罩着：她的母亲——一位前Grace医院的著名的外科医生，医学界的神话Ellis
Grey，现在却正在忍受老年痴呆症的煎熬。Cristina拥有超凡的竞争力和动力，但是对病人的态度却比较生硬；Izzie
Stevens来自一个小镇的贫困家庭，靠当模特赚够了学医的费用，为自尊而挣扎着；George O'Malley
是个温馨的邻家男孩，但又缺乏安全感。他常在错误的时间做错事或说错话。尽管很多女孩都被他所吸引，但他只是被看作"女孩中的一员"而已。Alex
Karev，他总是用傲慢的态度和勃勃野心掩饰自己的平凡出身。
这些实习医生受到Grace医院一些熟练医生的指导，培养他们成为技巧纯熟的外科医生，不合格的则会遭到淘汰： Miranda
Bailey是一位很负责任的高级医生，因为要求严格得到了"纳粹"的绰号；Derek
Shepherd医术高明但有点轻浮，和Meredith有一段偶然的一夜情关系。Preston
Burke，因为技术高超而显得有些傲慢。这些人的首领，作为外科主任的是Richard Webber医生——外科医生的权威人物。
《实习医生Grey》着眼于这群努力成为真正医生的年轻人身上，他们在成为医生的过程中努力地保持着自己的特点。本剧虽然背景设定在医院里，但却更多着墨于这些外科实习生们的情感纠葛。本剧多角度，全方位的展示了这些外科实习生们生活中的各种情趣。本剧人物设定比较接近真实，每个人物都有明显的优缺点，他们很难被简单的归结到"好"与"不好"里去，揭示了无论是医学还是人际关系都不能简单地以黑白来区分的深刻哲理，真正的生活总是在灰色(Grey)之中的。

Shepherd（欲哭无泪）然后虽然在第一季她和这位cute医生甜甜蜜蜜，可就在季末，两人的关系出现了不可逆转的危机...
Grey的扮演者是Ellen Pompeo，生于10 November 1969的Ellen应该是成名较晚的，曾客串过Law &
Order，friends（s10ep11），出演的电影有Catch Me If You Can ，Daredevil ，Nobody's
Perfect ，Moonlight Mile （与Dustin Hoffman and Jake Gyllenhaal演对手戏）等等
Dr. Cristina Yang
这是一位别扭的女强人，毕业于斯坦福，宣称自己好胜，死不认错，不易近人，但对手术绝对热衷，可谓是医院工作狂。她的特别个性居然为自己赢得了一个挚友——meredith，和一个绝世好男友——另一位主治医师。第一眼看到她就可以发现她的典型亚洲面孔一点也不抢眼，但她的个性实在是让人折服，你可以不喜欢她，但你不能不佩服她
韩裔演员Sandra Oh，本色出演Dr. Yang，她应该是比较有名的吧，曾获63金球奖提名，2006 Asian Excellence
Awards 提名，曾出演电影Sideways（杯酒人生），Rick，Hard Candy ，8 Minutes to Love ，The

Izzie Stevens
最最最美的女实习生，被疑似男友称为doll face，身材又好，曾做过内衣模特。人却特别乐观善良，喜欢节日，与大家打成一片。
生于24 November 1978的Katherine Heigl典型的blonde，曾出演Side Effects，100
Girls等，曾在"Roswell"，Critical Assembly 客串。2002年在102 Sexiest Women In The

Alex Karev
几乎迷倒手下所有女病人，和许多女护士，包括上面的美女izzie，老是挂在嘴边痞痞的笑脸，嘴巴却很坏，到处得罪人，后来有点受排斥，但却也有善良，可爱的一面，除了izzie，还有mere作为朋友。
Justin Chambers，生于11 July 1970，他的才华首先在CK和amarni的模特界得以体现，曾客串"Cold Case"
"Another World" ，你能想到吗？他已经结婚并有五个小孩。
George O'Malley
非常可爱，善良，心思细腻的大男孩，是家里唯一的聪明小孩，虽然和其他实习生比起来不那么聪明。和izzie和mere是室友，常被两个女孩"欺负"，暗恋mere到路人皆知的地步，只有mere不知道，最新一集正发展到两人关系的异常诡异的地步，密切关注中。

Grey's Anatomy is a dramatic story about a group of new surgical
interns fighting it out and figuring it out in one of the country's
most competitive residency programs. The group of five all battle the
job, each other and life on a daily basis. Despite the cut-throat
atmosphere and relentless stress the five manage to form friendships
and grow with each other. They are all young, sexually charged and
motivated. . .leading to a deep and passionate story.
Despite this thread of similarity, all five interns are unique.
Meredith, a quietly ambitious doctor is the daughter of a famous
surgeon. She hides the fact that her mother is ailing from Alzhimer's
and it eats her up. Christina is the definition of 'motivated' and
'mean', constantly vying for the top spot amonst the group. Isobel a
self-conscious girl from a small town grew up poor and put herself
through med school with her modeling, which becomes a source of
embarrasment. George is the goofy guy next door who desperately wants
the attention of the girls but is hopelessly awkward in their
presence. Alex, although handsom, is as arrogant as they come and
gives new meaning to the phrase 'God Complex'.
The team of doctors who 'mentors' this group is just as diverse and
troublesome. Dr. Derek Shepherd is the hospital's new super-star
surgeon. He soon finds out that a one-night stand, Meredith, is one of
the hospital's new interns. Despite the hospital's policy he decides
to continue his relationship with Meredith. Shepherd's success
threatens Dr. Preston Burke, who views the hotshot doctor as an
obstacle in his climb to the top of the hospital. Burke is an amazing
surgeon that seems to thrive on this conflict. He's ruthless with the
new doctors but in the end wants to help them. The interns get a good
dose of tough love from their daily drill-master, Dr. Miranda Bailey
the senior resident, AKA "the Nazi." She has a love for junk food and
for snapping at interns. All the doctors report to the chief of
surgery, Dr. Richard Webber who has cautioned the interns that some
won't make the cut in his program. At times, he has a hard time
treating Meredith as 'another intern' considering he knew her as her
mother's daughter, a world renowned surgeon.
