Customer Relations Specialist
Sade Communications Consultancy - Istanbul, Turkey
Job Description
We are looking for a teammate who will be responsible for the public relations initiatives within our boutique PR agency, Sade Communications Consultancy. S/he will be in charge of one of our major clients (an international pharmaceutical company - name TBD during interview) in creating, managing, and implementing PR campaigns with the goal of enriching our clients' position within the public eye.
Primary responsibilities
· Assist in planning public relations programs designed to create and maintain a favorable public image for the employer or client.
- Assist in creating company literature and other forms of communication.
- Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications.
- Assist in creating and delivering press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.
- Research media coverage and industry trends.
- Develop fresh story ideas.
- Prepare agendas and conduct research.
Required Skills
- Good command of English/Turkish
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility in work locations
