Skills/experience REQUIRED of the assigned staff:

Three to five years managing & designing Solarwinds solutions: 
(SAM, Virtualization Manager, Storage Resource Manager, IP Address Manager, Network Performance Manager, Web Performance Monitor)

• Minimum of 5 years supporting Windows Server Environment (Windows 2008, Windows 2012)
• General understanding Networking IP schema (LAN and WAN) environments 
• General understanding of Vmware vSphere 
• General understanding of EMC Storage 
• General knowledge of SQL Server architecture 
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing to IT and non-IT staff
• Scripting experience such as PowerShell a must
