Title: [ROCSA Connect] Upcoming Talk: 9/27 “Home City” by Mr. Chih-
Chao Chuang from MIT Media Lab

Hi all,

We are happy to announce our first MIT ROCSA Connect event of this new
academic year. This upcoming Sunday we will have an invited talk by
Chih-Chao Chuang, a 2nd-year grad student at Smart Cities group, MIT
Media Lab. Chao holds a SMArchS degree (Master of Science in
Architecture Studies) from MIT and a B.A. (Bachelor of Architecture)
from Tamkang University, Taiwan. On Sunday, he will share with us his
project exhibited in the Taiwan Biennial exhibition at National Taiwan
Museum of Fine Arts last year (please find the brochure enclosed), as
well as his research and vision on urban design.


- Topic: "Home City: The Ultimate Interior Urbanism" - Rethink
Taiwanese urban development from an interior design point of view
- Time: 1:30-3pm, September 27th (Sunday)
- Venue: NW86 Sidney-Pacific (70 Pacific St., Cambridge MA) Rm185
Seminar Room. Direction: turn right after entering the front door of S-
P, walk to the end and you will find the room on the left, across the
corridor.
- Please kindly RSVP before Sep. 26 (Saturday) so that we can plan

*This is an open event to public, but limited to 30 people due to the
space capacity. Light refreshment will be provided.
