Psychedelic drugs were used, at least in part, during the sixties to help the user “drop out” of a society that she or he disapproved of. What do young adults do today when they disapprove of the government or society in general?

is this an actual question im being asked for a class right now whaaaaaat.

well. i am a young adult who disapproves of the government and society and i??? watch a lot of cartoons and cry. so i think htats the answer we're all lookin for.. you can keep it all bottled up or you can be proactive and fight for changes that matter. i think music plays a big role in getting people together to stand up

Is music used to express that disapproval?

most definitely.. its another form of expression for people to use and it can either perpetuate it or disestablish it. one artist can be slamming another for their music expressing something negative. it doesnt even have to leave the music industry.
