The Beatles and the stones, though great musical artists, could not have led the British Invasion at any other time in American history, with blues influence in Britain decades after its presence in the states, Britain was behind the curb with musical trends, However, the stones and Beatles introduced something new, something American hadn't quite experienced.
The Beatles and Stones revolutionized music by combing blues with a more solid sound. In a way, the Beatles and the Rolling Stones complimented one another, with a cleaned up, neatly crafted group, competing for fame with a reckless and "bad-boy" band.
