This guy was just charged again with burglary from cars, and is back on the streets. He sometimes rides a bicycle. Save his picture in your crime file.

Some 125 prior arrests on charges including burglary, larceny, assault, possession of control substances, resisting a stop, probation violation,.

 

This person is known to break into vehicles during the night in the area from Eastland Ave, Gallatin Rd, Main St, and Shelby Ave.  This person is very good at eluding police.  He was recently arrested regarding a theft from motor vehicle in the 800 block of Russell St.
