Trash Problem 500 502 Russell

Good morning, help, 

Curious if this is a common neighborhood problem and how to address?  We try to keep a clean neat property.

From one of my tenants this AM. 

Apologies for the early text. I've already made the group chat aware but this is what I walked out to this morning. Not sure if you might have any suggestions but I threw out the idea of us keeping the cans inside the gate and setting them out for trash day only? This has been a recurring issue but this is probably the biggest mess that's been made.

Someone has also been leaving large items out back. The mattress is gone but there's now a chair so I imagine people are sleeping back there. I didn't ask questions but I suggested whoever it belongs to call for large item pickup and take it to the front.

Oh , that stinks! To my knowledge there hasn’t been an issue on the 700 block of Boscobel. That said, several of us do keep our cans inside our fence until pickup day.
