First, thank you to everyone who e-mailed
yesterday.
BL2014-715 was approved on second reading without any
discussion on a voice vote. Tom Cash of Hillsboro-West End spoke,
they just spent about $4,200 on expanding their overlay and Brian Withers of
Eastwood Neighbors, whose expansion was up last night spent $3,000.
And I spoke.
The key vote will be in two weeks. It
will take a 2/3 majority or 27 votes for passage as its been disapproved by the
Planning Commission.
We'll need to send another e-mail out in two
weeks. I'll send a reminder.
