Greetings stakeholders,
Richland Creek Watershed Alliance was contacted by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation to help get the word out today, that due to a scheduling conflict the issued notice, published in the Tennessean today for a public hearing to hear citizen comments for McCabe Parks's request for an aquatic resource alteration permit #NRS12.236 has been canceled.
A new notice will be issued soon, once a date is established suitable for the applicant. We have been told it will probably be early September.
