We realize this is
short notice, but I wanted to let you know about this event fast approaching on
Tuesday, April 26. It’s come together quickly, and Stand for Children
decided just recently to put Eakin, WEMS, and SP in this forum on the 26th
together If you think about this as “vertical articulation,” our aim is to
have the Hillsboro cluster as strong as it can be by including as many caring,
committed families into the cluster as possible!!
I really hope many of
you can make it to this event. Please RSVP to me or to the email linked
below. And please please pass this on to your school and neighborhood
friends - as this not only effect school kids and their families but our
neighborhoods as well - we are the public in public schools - let's make it
count!

Hello Neighbors! Stand for Children has kicked off a campaign for “Vibrant Schools, Vibrant Neighborhoods”, where we are driving higher expectations and involvement in our schools. Here are some opportunities for you to plug in and help create a concrete list of expectations for our schools and raise the bar for community involvement:
You MUST RSVP for free childcare to 726-1414 or rs...@stand.org. Standing together, Francie and Kate Nashville Stand for Children’s “Vibrant Schools, Vibrant Neighborhoods” Goal: Because vibrant schools that nurture the whole child require great teachers, leaders, and involved parents, we will work to ensure that every educator is fully supported and developed and that our public schools become the first choice for families. | |||
