Steve Swartz Sylvan Park Oct 13   The SPNA will meet tomorrow evening. The agenda and minutes from the last meeting are attached to this post. This meeting should be very interesting as it will be primarily devoted to a discussion of a possible expansion of the Sylvan Park conservation overlay. The overlay process would provide SP a means of influencing the skinny house, out of scale house and parking problems discussed in previous posts. It is a process, however, that could also pose problems for property owners who wish to add to or demolish "historic properties". Robin Zeigler will speak and address questions. Robin is an expert on the process as she works as a Metro historic zoning administrator.
