Threemonth baby milestone photos are just precious, and come up quicker than you realize. Those first three months at home with a new baby will fly by. At three months, although they are definitely still little babies, they are a far cry from their newborn days. Three month old babies are much more alert and communicative with their face and body; can follow an object with their eyes; recognize familiar faces; begin to babble; and can bring their hands to their mouths. Mostly, they start to enjoy play! Babies can lay on their belly for some tummy time as they hold up their heads to look around. Yup, your baby is growing every day! A baby milestone portrait session is the perfect way to capture all the cuteness that the three month stage has to offer.

The setup for a tummy time photo session is slightly different than subsequent baby milestone sessions. Since babies at this stage do not sit up yet, the whole session will be conducted with baby laying down on either their back or tummy. I always put something soft down for baby to lay on, such as a blanket or a fluffy flokati rug. Then I photograph them from above. If mommy or daddy stand next to me and sing songs or wave toys around, we usually get some cute smiles!

I have found the same problem but only with the app. If you look at your photos using the Dropbox website you can sort by ascending/descending but the difference is that it uses the photo creation date, not the date uploaded. Why they could not make the app work the same way I cannot understand. I have reported this to the developers 6 months ago but nothing has changed yet. So frustrating as I have all my photos neatly uploaded into a different folder for each subject (I.e. Holiday destination) but when you view them they are in a useless sequence.

This is a drag considering I just uploaded 592 pictures from the lacrosse season and just paid for more room so that I could send to the team. Unfortunately like others, the photos are all mixed up and not in any date order from the season and I cannot sort them that way. Will dropbox be making a fix to this at any point?

Use one of the many third-party utilities available that can use rename files based on a photo's EXIF data. Run it against the folder containing the photos within your local Dropbox folder, and Dropbox will simply sync the changes.

Morning sessions can absolutely work in the spring and the fall. Because of shorter days and more cloud cover, we may be able to schedule a little later in the morning. 9am is the best time of day for outdoor photos in the spring and fall.

Posing for old west style and antique photos today is much easier and faster. Good old west studios and photographers can still create the original feel and really can produce a sense of nostalgia in their art. And the experience is really fun, thus making old time photos a great souvenir!

Tip: if you have a child that is easily overwhelmed but you all would like to do an antique photo shoot, it may be best to take the guessing out of the game and select a costume and any props before hand so you can closely manage expectations and give full attention to the one who needs it.

What I mean by slip on costumes is that a shirt, for example, is already buttoned up and you just slide your arms through the sleeves and then tie the back closed (or not). Super easy and most costumes are one-size-fits-all. Old time photo studios are GENIUS!

I know, that was more information than you were expecting about our household views, but a lot of parents feel the same way and those who have seen our pictures have directly asked about the guns in the photo shoot. As a liberal, vocal, anti-gun parent I was fine with the use of gun props and knew the kids understood. The end.

And now, enjoy watching our family be silly and have fun. We were lucky enough to do our old west photo shoot at the Montana Picture Gallery in Virginia City, Montana. As I said, this is the original, very first old time photo studio and their collection of costumes and professionalism showed it.

Sometimes I took a photo using my iPhone, and then later on, I wonder how long I have been there at that location, I thought of checking when the last photo was taken, and can tell the time when I arrived, but I found it wasn't easily possible to see what time the photo was taken.

Is there really a way to see the time that photo was taken, be it 1 hour and 20 minutes ago, without using any third party app and without importing the photo to a computer? I thought this might be a simple photo info thing that might be invoked by some easy way?
