My thoughts on why this Yes consensus seems to be “very close to done” yet remains ill-advised are posted here for your consideration:

If we believe that Direct Messaging and viable Ecosystems as previously described are a good thing for stakeholders – providers, patients, agencies and vendors, then I believe it is worth a bit more of your time and attention to assure that we get this pivotal step done right the first time. My sense is that a little more specificity will take nothing away and assure a faster pathway to adoption and success in all corners.
My suggestion to you is simple – take a quick look at the posted comments and, if you feel they are helpful, please enter a vote of ‘Yes with comments’ or ‘No’ in the Endorsement column and enter ‘consider Odden’s suggestion’ in the Comments column.
