McKesson/STAR documentation on inbound NOTES files

Hello All,

I am wondering if anyone out there can tell me where I can get documentation on INBOUND NOTES files. These files would be coming into STAR from foreign systems.  I am in need of these file specs, etc.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

The note file specifications are defined in the General Information Volume of the STAR Patient Accounting Reference

Guide (Chapter 2, Interface File Functions, Notes Upload File Format).
