DCS/QCI users

Hello All,

 

I am hoping someone will know this answer so I don't have to read through the help topics on Sys Admin.  We are wanting to clean up users that have been assigned to queues in Sys Admin and I noticed there's a Delete or Remove option.  Does anyone know the difference?  I hope remove means it will still be reportable and delete is get rid of it all together but thought I should ask before instructing other users which option to pick.
