Is there a facility that utilizes Internal Agencies or External agencies but keep accounts in AR? If so, does the transfer occur automatically or manually?

Oh, wow! Has been a while. Yes, transfer should be automatic but the balance might need to be fully patient owned for this to happen.

It can be External as well. But External functionality was pretty buggy last time I checked. Don't think much improved since then.
