We have recently implemented STAR. We are seeing that any late charges applied to a contract (after the contract has billed) are dropping to the next billing sequence based on post date, not service date. Does anyone know if there is a way to apply these charges to the appropriate sequence based on service date instead?

we have done Contract Billing for years and as far as I know there is no way to accomplish what you would like to do. This runs strictly off of posting date. |
