GA Medicaid Eligibility

Hi,

            Are there other GA hospitals that are running into issues appealing denials with Medicaid (Traditional and/or the CMOs) due to eligibility.  We have been told that using Rev Runner (or any other eligibility system I assume) is not sufficient proof of eligibility in an appeal.  They (GA Medicaid) expect us to provide a screenshot from their portal.  We would like to know if other hospitals experiencing this, and how it is being managed.
