Cerner registration or STAR registration

We went live on Cerner in October 2017 and left registration and patient accounting in STAR. We are planning our phase 2 Cerner implementation (rad, lab, etc) and once again we are asking ourselves should we move registration to Cerner? We would love to talk to someone who has Cerner reg and STAR patient accounting. In our preliminary discussions we are thinking we'd just have to build Cerner reg to match what we have in STAR rather than doing the optimal Cerner reg design because otherwise we'd need a big STAR rebuild. We are struggling with the fact that Cerner can't automatically re-reg our series accounts and is really more set up for cycle billing than our billing practices but right now our scheduling and reg staff have to use so many systems and we have issues where orders are being placed on pre-reg accounts in Cerner that were cancelled in STAR. Yuck!

Anyone use Cerner reg and STAR patient accounting?
