If you lost weight. If you ate better. Maybe you could start running.
No negative thoughts. Stress will make you sick. If you do or don’t do
these things you will allow the cancer to come back. Relax…Relax…Relax…
or else!
Let’s get one thing straight. I never ‘allowed’ cancer into my life.
It appeared. All on its own.
I never asked nor sent out an invitation.
Cancer is a crasher. There is way to hold it at bay, maybe, and there
are ways to get rid of it once it shows, but no one invites it, allows
it, makes it appear, asked it in for a drink. No one.
In our quest to find wellness too many people need to find a reason.
Why did this happen? If there is a reason then we can blame something
or someone. If we know why, we can avoid that “thing” and think we are
safe.
I have scary news. There is no reason. No one is safe.
Without the pressure of the why and what did I do or not do, we can
free ourselves up for the real work of being well. Unburdened by the
“I have to do this” or “I can’t do that” we can look at life clearly.
No judgment. Asking ourselves truly where do I want to be now. How do
I want to be now?
And from there we can start to move on.
