Role	Job Description	Experience
SAP Data Analyst	• Data Analysts owns various master data objects in respective module (example QM, SD, PP) area and responsible for providing visibility to and assessing impact of projects by connecting and communicating with key stakeholders. • Data Analyst carry decision rights for master data changes in consultation with key stake holders. • Data analyst responsible for data loads and maintain data and understands the timing implications within a project • Work with the Functional team to understand the data requirements and data structure for the data objects assigned to that work stream plus their inter-dependency/integrity requirements within and across work streams • Ensure that the data deliverables correctly reflect the Functional design documents meaning responsibility for work stream conversion design documents and functional mapping documents • Handle change requests on data design resulting from a change to/addition to Functional design                                                                                     • Ensuring delivery of data analysis, data mapping and data validation • Facilitating ownership of the Data Delivery with the Business Data Owners • Facilitating ownership of Data Quality with the Functional Leads as a proxy for the Global Process Owners. • Providing regular progress updates to the Program and business stakeholders	• Minimum of 4 years’ experience  with two end-to-end  implementations, including hands-on design and configuration. • Functional/technical proficiency with full lifecycle SAP implementations
SAP Process SME	SAP Process SME professional design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. The primary focus will be collaborating with business partners, influencing the processes, tools and operating models within the relevant area. The role will involve determining the nature of the business need in order to contribute the most value-adding application of the solution. Key deliverables/objectives • Opportunity to become an expert in the SAP technology and the business processes it supports • Interact and collaborate with global, regional and local Business Partners  as appropriate, in order to better understand the business and its priorities, and represent their requirements within SAP • Partner with the IT Architects in assessing  local business requirements and drive the development of business cases and system solutions in SAP • Promote process improvements and innovation to drive business process optimization • Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible solutions to moderately complex problems • Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems • Promote process improvements and innovation to drive business process optimization • Consultant is responsible for ensuring business requirements are met in an efficient manner by connecting and communicating with key stakeholders, provide training, consultation, problem resolution, and a high level of detailed production support and project engagement. • The SAP consultants staffing the Process SME roles must be fluent in the requisite base business process	• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in respective SAP module. • Minimum of two end-to-end implementations, including hands-on design and configuration expertise. • Minimum 1 Production support project experience. • Functional/technical proficiency with full lifecycle SAP implementation • Experience with Solution Manager, HP Application Lifecycle Management, Service Now, and, to lesser extents, Realtech, and Winshuttle are preferred
SAP Architect	SAP Architect of respective module approve design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. The primary focus will be collaborating with business partners, influencing the processes, tools and operating models within the relevant area. The role will involve determining the nature of the business need in order to contribute the most value-adding application of the solution. Key deliverables/objectives • Architect Responsible to meet business process requirements through configuration or customization of SAP through development. • Responsible for design approvals, performing configuration and authoring functional specifications in conjunction with Process SMEs and other stake holders. • Responsible for connecting and communicating with key stakeholders such as Data Stewards, Process SMEs, Global Process Owners, Manufacturing Sites, External Manufacturing sites and other SAP teams/projects. • Interact and collaborate with global, regional and local Business Partners  as appropriate, in order to better understand the business and its priorities, and represent their requirements within SAP • Promote process improvements and innovation to drive business process optimization                                                                                                 • Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible solutions to moderately complex problems • Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems • Promote process improvements and innovation to drive business process optimization                                                                                              • Consultant is responsible for ensuring business requirements are met in an efficient manner by connecting and communicating with key stakeholders, provide training, consultation, problem resolution, and a high level of detailed production support and project engagement	• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in respective SAP Module • Minimum of two end-to-end implementations, including hands-on design and configuration expertise. • Minimum 2 Production support project experience. • Functional/technical proficiency with full lifecycle SAP implementation • Experience with Solution Manager, HP Application Lifecycle Management, Service Now, and, to lesser extents, Realtech, and Winshuttle are preferred
