Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade autonomous agents and AI-driven applications.
• Build and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures using vector databases.
• Develop solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT.
• Perform advanced context engineering to optimize LLM performance and outputs.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure AI).
• Implement and extend the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure and standardized data access.
• Design and enforce AI guardrails, including content filtering, safety controls, and compliance measures.
• Ensure adherence to AI governance, model lifecycle management, and evaluation best practices.
• Work with sensitive data while ensuring compliance with data privacy standards (PII/PHI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and secure enterprise AI solutions.
• Optimize LLM cost, token usage, and performance.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced data science.
• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade autonomous agents.
• Strong expertise in context engineering for LLM-based applications.
