Job Title: Project Coordinator / Support Specialist

Long Term
The Project Coordinator / Support Specialist will support the administration,
maintenance, and day-to-day operations of the NOVAtime Time & Attendance platform.
This role partners with product, engineering, payroll, and operations teams to coordinate
work, manage requests, and ensure timely resolution of system issues and changes.
Key Responsibilities
Understand the NOVAtime platform – user functionality, configurations, reports,
etc.
Support NOVAtime incidents - triage, provide technical support, troubleshoot
remotely and engage on-site technician or vendor (as needed)
Execute configuration changes as requested by Operations
Monitor daily and weekly data pipelines, ensure successful runs
Maintain documentation, status reports, and issue logs
Act as a liaison between vendor and business stakeholders
Assist with audits, compliance checks, and payroll-related support activities
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting Time & Attendance or payroll-related systems (NOVAtime
preferred)
Experience supporting incidents, creating change controls, and maintaining
knowledge content (ServiceNow preferred)
Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for work management
Familiarity and desire to learn AI productivity tools such as Copilot, Power Apps,
and Power Automate
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work on Sunday’s for about 2 hours – approximately once a month
