Job Title: Project Coordinator / Support Specialist
Platform: NOVAtime – Time & Attendance
Alpharetta, GA
Long Term

The Project Coordinator / Support Specialist will support the administration,
maintenance, and day-to-day operations of the NOVAtime Time & Attendance platform.
This role partners with product, engineering, payroll, and operations teams to coordinate
work, manage requests, and ensure timely resolution of system issues and changes.
Key Responsibilities
 Understand the NOVAtime platform – user functionality, configurations, reports,
etc.
 Support NOVAtime incidents - triage, provide technical support, troubleshoot
remotely and engage on-site technician or vendor (as needed)
 Execute configuration changes as requested by Operations
 Monitor daily and weekly data pipelines, ensure successful runs
 Maintain documentation, status reports, and issue logs
 Act as a liaison between vendor and business stakeholders
 Assist with audits, compliance checks, and payroll-related support activities
Required Qualifications
 Experience supporting Time & Attendance or payroll-related systems (NOVAtime
preferred)
 Experience supporting incidents, creating change controls, and maintaining
knowledge content (ServiceNow preferred)
 Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
 Familiarity with Azure DevOps for work management
 Familiarity and desire to learn AI productivity tools such as Copilot, Power Apps,
and Power Automate
 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 Flexibility to work on Sunday’s for about 2 hours – approximately once a month
