Role-Technical Architect / Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service Module)

Remote

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Architect / Solution Architect to lead architecture design, platform optimization, and governance for enterprise-scale solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

This role goes beyond traditional development by focusing on end-to-end solution architecture, cost optimization and platform efficiency, technical governance and decision frameworks, as well as stakeholder advisory and leadership alignment.

Key Responsibilities

15–18 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with strong architectural focus
Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service (FSE) including Work Order management, scheduling, resource optimization, and service agreements
Deep expertise in Dataverse architecture including complex data modeling for enterprise-scale service operations
Strong experience designing end-to-end scalable and resilient solution architectures within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
Expert-level knowledge of integration patterns including REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Power Platform connectors, and PCF
Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) in enterprise implementations
Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, release management, and solution lifecycle governance
Proven experience leading large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations including customization, configuration, and cross-system integrations
Strong understanding of performance tuning, scalability design, and platform optimization strategies
Experience driving cost optimization initiatives including environment strategy, licensing efficiency, and usage optimization
Expertise in defining and enforcing architecture standards, governance models, and reusable frameworks
Strong experience in evaluating existing systems and driving optimize vs redesign decisions
Experience implementing data lifecycle strategies including archiving, retention, and indexing for high-volume systems
Ability to design and govern complex integrations across enterprise systems (SAP or similar systems preferred)
Strong experience identifying technical debt and leading modernization initiatives (automation, AI enablement, scalability improvements)
Proven ability to lead technical design reviews, define best practices, and guide engineering teams at scale
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex architectural and integration challenges
Experience in presenting architecture solutions, trade-offs, and technical strategies to senior technical stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:

1. 15–18 years of experience in experience with Microsoft Dynamics365.

2. Solid Understanding on the Field Service Module/scheduling in Dynamics.

3. 5-7 year experience in configuration/customization of the Dynamics Field Service Module

4. Experienced with MS Power Apps/ Flows, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, Azure DevOps

5. Experience with SAP a plus
