Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Auto Finance Business System Analyst (BSA) to support business and technology initiatives within the automotive finance domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and QA teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver technology solutions supporting auto loan origination, servicing, underwriting, and dealer management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Auto Finance applications.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business workflows related to:
- Auto Loan Origination
- Credit Decisioning
- Dealer Management
- Loan Servicing
- Collections & Payments
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams during SDLC and Agile delivery cycles.
- Support UAT testing, defect tracking, and production validation.
- Facilitate meetings with business users, product teams, and technical teams.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data mapping documents.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and integration teams.
- Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and internal controls.
