• 12-15 years of relevant experience in architecting, design and development of Datawarehouse .
• Understand client requirements holistically both current and prospective, participate in discussions and drive discussions that brings clarity and details that can have positive influence on overall quality. 
• Deliver innovation in design and solutions leveraging latest best practices Date warehouse, Data Analytics and Azure Cloud platform.
• Experience in design , development and tuning experience on Azure data analytics platform, spark and other big data technologies (strong Spark skills), developing scripts for ETL pipelines in synapse/data bricks notebooks ,Azure Data Factory (Mapping data flow), Delta/Data Lake ,Databricks , Azure SQL data warehouse(Synapse Analytics)
• Experience in designing, and developing complex operational data store, transaction processing, and/or analytics solutions. 
• Strong expertise in data modelling strong python scripting skills experience in handling the structured data Implement end-to-end DevOps automated processes and pipelines via Azure DevOps, Implement CI CD.
• Must be hands on, deeply technical and exposure to latest features within data platform development, able to do both coding and guide group of junior/mid-level ETL Developers and Testers.
• Financial domain experience in dealing with industry specific data and exposure to relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to act independently to resolve issues, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong critical & analytic thinking.
