  Who are Eligible? Fresh Graduates with 0-1 years experience (graduated in 2009 or 2010) Should have scored minimum 75% marks (or equivalent scores) in their academics Should have studied BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc-IT/Computer Science All you have to do is: Visit www.india.ford.com/careers Select ‘Ford Technology Services India Refer ‘ Trainee Software Engineer’ position to your friends and relatives Resumes will be accepted only if it is uploaded in the website mentioned above. Hard copies or softcopies of the resume sent by email will not be considered. Employee referral bonus will not be applicable for this requirement Recruitment Process Advertisement in the careers site will be open till 25th October 2010, 6.00PM for candidates to upload their resume. In the event of higher volume of candidates meeting the eligibility criteria, candidates will be shortlisted based on time of receiving the application. We are planning to attract talent from across the country. Written tests will be conducted in 2 cities—Chennai and New Delhi. Candidates applying from Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Kerala will be invited to write the tests in Chennai. Others will be invited to write the tests in New Delhi. Shortlisted candidates will be sent an invitation directly with the venue details, to attend the written test. Change of venue will not be entertained. Any queries related to shortlisting of candidates will not be entertained. Only shortlisted candidates will be allowed to write the test.
