Ensure timely project deliveries (milestones and deliverables). Coordinate and communicate with client/onshore team for project related matters. Participate in estimation process for testing projects. Attend and drive meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings. Disseminate Business Knowledge; Provide or organize trainings. Provide and organize trainings as necessary. Plan and execute Knowledge Transition for the application domain. Review deliverables and ensure Quality of deliverables. Qualifications: 6 – 8years of strong experience in Manual Testing and some exposure on Automation Testing Tool - QTP. Good experience on Testing tools like Test Director/Quality Centre. Should have experience of testing in atleast one ETL tool environment like Informatica, Datastage, etc.. Good knowledge of Sql query creation, execution and result verification. Strong knowledge of systems development and testing life cycle• Should be able to lead meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings. Proven track record of coaching/ mentoring. Ability to drive teams to deliver high quality deliverables. Experience in complex, cross-departmental projects involving multiple platforms. Ability to Create effort/duration estimates and deliverable lists for proposed projects. Should be capable to work independently in a global project, recommend and develop solutions. Good knowledge/understanding of best testing practices followed in the industry. Good communication and presentation skills..
