Hi Guys, We updated from Hippo 10.2 to 11, after that the Channel Manager is not loading, just show a blank page without any message
In logs we see these messages :

CMS

It is happening just in our DEV environment (AWS - Linux Server - Using MySql, Elastic Search ).
The /site application loads properly, the issue is only in the channel manager

It happens just in DEV environment, in local it is working fine

Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks.

Something missed in dependencies or properties sections in some pom? Sounds like a version and dependency problem

Configuration error?

Are you using custom es version?

This is most probably the actual reason for the CM problem. Check your configuration in hosts and the hstrestproxyservice, and also check your network setup.. proxy conf specifically. Have you also seen the CM troubleshooting page on .org?

Hi,

I am also getting same exception-

[org.hippoecm.hst.container.HstDelegateeFilterBean.doFilter():422] ContainerException for 'Request{ method='GET', scheme='http', host='192.168.20.172:8080', requestURI='/site/_rp/cafebabe-cafe-babe-cafe-babecafebabe./channels/myhippoproject', queryString='null'}': org.hippoecm.hst.core.container.ContainerException: Could not establish a SSO between CMS & site application because no CMS location could be found that starts with 'http://192.168.20.172:8080'

After virtual host configuration I am able to see the /site page but can't access the channel screen.
