Update prod server with hippo

Hello.

I'm trying to update my production server with new version of my site. Can you help me? I don't understand what i should do. I red about reloadonstartup, and content boostraping. So in my script repo.bootstrap set in true. And when i deploy new version, old one still on my site. Can you explain what i should do like for dummies?
